Position Title: Fabrication Production Assistant
Reports To: Welding & Fab Supervisor

Position Summary:
- Directly assist fabrication superintendent and field supervisor with daily functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review documents before distributing them to the shop for production.
- Create and perform final review of work orders.
- Monitor steel and parts inventory.
- Procure materials / consumables to assure accurate stock.
- Arrange shipping.
- Assist in coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment delivery for field crews.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
- Basic computer and software knowledge; including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of metals and relevant welding/fabricating and cutting techniques using correct machinery, equipment
and tools including CNC plasma cutter.
- Five or more years of previous work-related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
