Cleaning/Contents Lead Technician

Wolgast Corporation is hiring a Cleaning/Contents Lead Technician to oversee and perform field cleaning, contents handling, and restoration work. In this role, you’ll lead crews on-site, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and deliver top-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning/restoration crews and provide training/mentorship

• Conduct job site walk-throughs and prepare accurate scopes

• Perform hands-on disaster restoration services (water/fire/smoke)

• Input job details and maintain accurate records

• Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters

• Support emergency jobs on a rotating on-call schedule (2-hour response)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required

• IICRC Certifications in Fire/Smoke Restoration and Odor Control (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Pass background check and drug screening

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, etc.

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of Xactimate is a plus
