Server

As a Server / Lead Server at noii sushi, you play an essential role in creating a warm and memorable dining experience for our guests. With genuine hospitality, you will guide guests through our menu, provide thoughtful recommendations, and ensure attentive, seamless service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest.
• Confidently guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and upselling specials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared dining environment throughout service.
• Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable and positive dining experiences..
• Handle guest concerns, complaints and special requests promptly and graciously.
• Ensure guest satisfaction at every stage of their visit

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server in upscale or high-volume dining environment
  (lead experience preferred).
• Knowledge and passion for Japanese cuisine and culture (strongly preferred).
• Natural leadership qualities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and foundational food and beverage knowledge
• Commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.

Rate: $20–22/hr (Based on Experience) + Tips
