Day-To-Day

  • Monitors the procurement and inventory of housekeeping, maintenance and food supplies.
  • Directs supervision of facility services and staff which include food services, maintenance, and janitorial personnel
  • Works as liaison between the facility and all authorized vendors
  • Ensures management of the program's resources within budget
  • Supervises, supports, motivates and empowers the members of his/her team.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and preventative maintenance of all agency vehicles 
  • Performs on-call duties as scheduled

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field plus two years related work experience, two years of which are in a supervisory position OR at least minimum five years of facility maintenance work.
  • Valid Texas Drivers’ License.
