Information Technology Manager – Onsite | Full-Time
Chandler, AZ | Construction Industry | Hands-On Support + Strategic Insight

Are you the go-to person for all things tech? Do you enjoy solving problems, supporting your teammates, and helping an organization thrive through technology? We’re looking for an IT Manager who’s not just great with systems—but great with people too.

At DCS, we’re a well-established, heavy civil construction company with 225+ employees, and we’re looking for a tech-minded professional who can take ownership of our day-to-day IT support while also helping us plan for the future. As our IT Manager, you’ll be the onsite face of IT—responding to employee needs, setting up user equipment, managing systems access, and identifying ways to improve how we work. You'll play a key role in helping departments evaluate, recommend, and implement new software or systems as we continue to strengthen our infrastructure and scale our operations.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all employee IT needs—onsite and remote.
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot IT equipment (laptops, monitors, phones, etc.).
  • Provide onboarding support for new hires: account setup, desk configuration, and systems access.
  • Maintain inventory and organization of all hardware and IT supplies.
  • Manage user accounts, system permissions, and access to business tools (Outlook, Dropbox, Sage, etc.).
  • Support setup of new jobsite trailers with the necessary IT and connectivity infrastructure.
  • Educate employees on technology use—conference rooms, alarms, procedures, and more.
  • Maintain and support internal systems including printers, building security, and databases.
  • Coordinate drone usage for internal project videography and photography needs.
  • Help departments identify new technology solutions to improve workflow, communication, or project execution.
  • Provide insight and recommendations for continuous improvement of IT processes and infrastructure.

💡 What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of IT support experience, ideally in the construction or field services industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows systems, Active Directory, Exchange, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with mobile device setup and management (iPhones/iPads)
  • Experience setting up and supporting both office and field-based tech environments
  • A self-starter attitude with excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills
  • Ability to evaluate new software tools and assist departments with implementation
  • Clear, friendly communication and a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in our Chandler office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Relevant certifications preferred, such as:
    • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
    • Microsoft 365 or Azure Fundamentals
    • ITIL Foundation Certification

🙌 Why Join Us:

  • Make an Impact – You’ll directly support our teams and influence how we use technology across the company.
  • Be the Go-To – You'll be trusted by departments to offer smart, practical IT solutions that drive real results.
  • Build for the Future – You’ll help us modernize and improve our systems, tools, and infrastructure as we grow.
  • Work with Good People – We value teamwork, respect, and resourcefulness—and you’ll be part of a team-oriented, high-performing team.

If you're ready to bring your IT expertise to a company that builds Arizona’s infrastructure—and wants to build its tech systems just as strong—we’d love to hear from you!
