Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and coordinating electrical and mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD/BIM modeling while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop detailed electrical and mechanical designs, schematics, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, or similar).

· Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure design feasibility and efficiency.

· Generate Bill of Materials (BOMs), calculations, and technical documentation to support project execution.

· Support prefabrication and modular construction initiatives by developing standardized designs for streamlined manufacturing.

Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical and/or mechanical design within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, or similar design software.

· Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical system design, load calculations, and coordination.

· Experience with prefabrication and modular construction is a plus.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in electrical/mechanical prefabrication or manufacturing environments.

· Familiarity with lean design principles and design for manufacturability (DFM).

· Prior experience with design automation tools and parametric modeling.
