Senior Project Manager

Director of Construction

Position Summary:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading a team of assigned Project Managers and ensuring operational excellence across project scheduling, billing, and subcontractor/vendor invoicing. This role plays a key role in mentoring project staff, enforcing process discipline, and driving timely financial and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight & Scheduling:
Ensure all assigned projects are properly scheduled and tracked from start to finish.
Review and validate project schedules submitted by Project Managers.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays proactively.


Billing & Invoicing:
Ensure Project Managers are billing their projects accurately and on time.
Oversee the timely submission and processing of subcontractor and vendor invoices.
Coordinate with accounting to resolve billing discrepancies or delays.

Staff Management & Development:
Directly supervise and support assigned Project Managers.
Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning.
Provide coaching, accountability, and escalation support as needed.


Communication & Coordination:
Serve as the primary liaison between Project Managers and the Director of Construction.
Ensure alignment between project execution and company standards.
Facilitate communication between field operations, estimating, and finance teams.
