Position Summary
The LCM Division Human Resources Manager is responsible for all Human Resources related duties for the division, including recruiting, overseeing onboarding, retention, training and employee relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding processes of new employees for the division.
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and work assessments.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to present a positive attitude toward company goals.
- Assist employees and management in career planning, employee advancement and growth within the Division.
- Assist employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employee training and employee relation issues.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
- Schedule all training for each employee in the division and maintain documentation of the training in the HR software.
- Conducts exit interviews when possible to determine reasons behind separations.
- Gathers exit information to present to management to help gain knowledge on ways to retain employees.
- The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.
Work Environment & Travel

- Extensive travel required to support recruiting initiatives, candidate interviews, and regional operations across multiple states
- Must be comfortable with frequent travel and able to maintain productivity while working from various locations
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Lead senior-level leadership position recruiting efforts
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-impact roles across multiple geographic regions
- Experience recruiting for mobile workforce and travel-intensive positions preferred

- Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail
- Manage multiple complex recruiting projects simultaneously across different time zones and locations

Geographic Scope
- Support HR operations and recruiting activities across multiple states
- Understanding of varying state employment laws and regulations preferred
Qualifications
Minimum of five years’ experience in a Human Resources environment. Bachelor degree in Human Resources is preferred. Heavy recruitment experience is required and industry specific is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Familiar with state and federal laws regarding employment practices. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a preferred not required.
Physical Demands
Some overtime, weekend and/or holiday work is required. Overnight travel is required. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, requires long periods of sitting and working on a computer. All of the physical demands listed are essential functions.
