We’re currently hiring a full-time Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster and we’re open to training the right person for the role. If you’ve worked in a field where accuracy, confidentiality, communication, and documentation matter—like healthcare, insurance, or legal support—this could be a great fit for you!

With Training and Support from our Experienced Team, You Will:

• Communicate with injured workers, employers, medical providers, attorneys to move claims forward.
• Organize and manage detailed claim documentation in our electronic system.
• Coordinate medical care and return-to-work plans.
• Review and authorize payment for medical bills, lost wages, and related expenses.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with our internal team to support timely and fair claim resolution.
• Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.

We’d Love to Hear from You If You:

• Are highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Are a confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Are comfortable learning new systems.
• Have experience in a setting that involves medical or legal terminology (such as healthcare admin, insurance, or paralegal work).
• Have prior workers’ compensation experience. A plus—but not required.
