General Summary
This position will support the growing aggregate, material and paving businesses found within the Granite Companies of Memphis Stone & Gravel, Lehman-Roberts and Dickerson & Bowen. This role will be hired as a Lehman Roberts employee that will conduct estimating and project management activities that facilitates the efficient progress of operations. This position calls Memphis, Tennessee home, allowing access to the city's warm hospitality, legendary barbecue and a lively arts and culture scene; the perfect balance of a dynamic urban environment with access to beautiful natural surroundings.

- Knowledge of construction paving, aggregates, milling, grading and other construction aspects in horizontal construction

Physical Demands
The physical demands describes here the representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk and sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Education
- BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction
Work Experience
- At least five (5) years progressive project experience in heavy civil environments
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in paving, dirt and grading in either private or public environments is preferred
