We are currently seeking a Full-Time HR Analyst!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The HR Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will partner closely with HR leadership and business leaders to optimize workforce planning, improve processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment, turnover, compensation, benefits, performance, and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and regular reports to monitor key metrics and trends.
  • Assist with workforce planning, forecasting, and headcount reporting to support strategic business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support compliance reporting, audits, and data requests for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and make recommendations for HR process improvements, policy changes, or programs that support employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain data integrity within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Finance, and IT, to streamline HR data processes.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee surveys, diversity and inclusion reporting, and benchmarking studies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR analysis, HRIS, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
  • Experience with HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

 

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Understands HR functions, best practices, and relevant labor laws.
  • Applies data insights to workforce planning, engagement, compensation, and compliance.

  • Works effectively with HR team members, IT, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Builds trust and credibility by delivering reliable information and support.
  1. Initiative & Continuous Improvement
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve HR reporting, analytics, and processes
  • Stays current on HR trends, tools, and regulatory changes affecting HR data.

Work Environment:

This role is typically performed in a professional office setting with occasional opportunities for remote work, depending on company policy. Standard business hours apply, with occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or project deliverables.

Compensation: Full- Time $60,000 to $80,000 per year
