Responsibilities:
- Confirm needed parts for service schedule and stage for following day
- Assist service techs with locating and loading of parts
- Assist with walk-in customers
- Promote open and positive communication (both in verbal and written form) with employees, departments, customers, and vendors
- Maintain high quality service delivery in an efficient, productive, and profitable manner
- Coordinate and perform administrative tasks as needed to assist the service department
- Promote safety always and participate in weekly toolbox talks
- Assist with van cleaning when needed
- Help create, implement, and maintain van inventory process
- Analyze warehouse efficiency and recommend changes to improve
- Assist with warehouse cleaning and maintenance
- Load and unload trucks
- Assist in maintaining dumpster area cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person for walk in customers
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- Other duties as assigned
