This position would report to the Human Resources Manager, and would own the full life cycle of recruitment.

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Responsible for attracting and interviewing top talent
- Coordinating with department managers and creating effective and efficient interviewing processes
- Must possess the passion to create an amazing employee experience starting with the first impression
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment
- Human Resources experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Human Resources laws and best practices is a plus
- Experience with recruiting databases, Trello, or Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- Good computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Team-orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google Suite (Word, Excel, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc)
