What You’ll Do
- Engage with homeowners and small business or farms through provided leads, self-generated leads, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to assess energy needs and present customized solar solutions.
- Guide customers through financial options including tax and energy savings programs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (30–45% close rate expected on qualified leads).
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure timely completion of all documentation.
- Become a local ambassador for clean energy by developing a strong community presence.

- Experienced – Previous in-home, direct, or B2C sales experience preferred (solar, home improvement, or similar industries a plus).
What You Bring
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to self-generate leads and work independently in a field-based role.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet homeowner availability.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
