Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member.
- Serve as the first point of contact with customers.
- Assist with scheduling services calls.
- Take and distribute accurate messages.
- Greeting the public and clients and directing them to the correct staff member.
- Directly works with customers to perform walk-in parts sales.
- Prepare O&M documents as needed per contract.
- Coordinate shipments and courier service.
- Assist dispatcher with call taking and scheduling.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
- Fax, scan and copy documents.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
- Update and maintain internal staff contact lists.
- Type documents.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Perform work related errands.
- Keep the office area clean and tidy.
- Receive payments.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One Year of Customer Service skills required
- Competent computer skills including MS Office
- Internet skills including the use of email.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple demands.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, to clearly communicate with customers as well as the internal team.
- Strong customer service and organization skills with attention to detail

- Job Type - Full-time, day shift Monday – Friday.
- Pay range $22-24/hour based on experience
