 Responsibilities: 

  • Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member.
  • Serve as the first point of contact with customers.
  • Assist with scheduling services calls.
  • Take and distribute accurate messages.
  • Greeting the public and clients and directing them to the correct staff member.
  • Directly works with customers to perform walk-in parts sales.
  • Prepare O&M documents as needed per contract.
  • Coordinate shipments and courier service.
  • Assist dispatcher with call taking and scheduling.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
  • Fax, scan and copy documents.
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems.
  • Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
  • Update and maintain internal staff contact lists.
  • Type documents.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies.
  • Perform work related errands.
  • Keep the office area clean and tidy.
  • Receive payments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One Year of Customer Service skills required
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office
  • Internet skills including the use of email.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple demands.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, to clearly communicate with customers as well as the internal team.
  • Strong customer service and organization skills with attention to detail

 Other:

  • Job Type - Full-time, day shift Monday – Friday.
  • Pay range $22-24/hour based on experience
