Fire Alarm Technician – Experienced
As a Service Fire Alarm Technician, you will play a key role in servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fire alarm systems at a variety of client sites. We are looking for someone with solid field experience who takes pride in delivering quality work and exceptional customer service. If you have more than two years of hands-on experience in the fire alarm industry and are looking to advance your career with a company that values your expertise, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems per industry codes and manufacturer specifications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, providing efficient and effective solutions
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on existing equipment
- Complete service calls, inspections, and related documentation accurately
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fire alarm installation, service, or maintenance
- Working knowledge of industry codes (NFPA 72, NEC, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- NICET certification a plus (not required)
