What We’re Looking For

We need a Working Electrical Superintendent with:  Industrial Experience is a Must.

• Experience: At least 5+ years managing industrial projects.
• Hands-On Leadership: A superintendent who leads by example, rolling up their sleeves and working alongside the crew.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges on-site. 
• Communication: Strong ability to coordinate with team members, GCs, subs, and inspectors to maintain seamless operations.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and addressing project hurdles to keep things moving smoothly.

Your Role Will Include

• Overseeing all aspects of the job site, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Working alongside the team to complete tasks and solve technical challenges.
• Monitoring productivity and ensuring crew performance aligns with project goals.
• Coordinating with stakeholders, including general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors, to keep projects running efficiently.
• Driving a safety-first culture and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
