About the Role
Morgan Corp. is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Training Manager, Leadership Development to support and grow our leadership program. This role will focus on engaging all employees through targeted training, mentorship, and development opportunities—most notably by advancing the momentum of our Built on Leadership (BOL) programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring Morgan’s leaders are prepared, connected, and continually growing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of BOL: Incoming, Emerging, Advancing, and Keystone Leaders in partnership with the Senior Talent Development Manager.
- Manage all aspects of the BOL program lifecycle, including participant and facilitator recruitment, communications, scheduling, and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with company leaders to ensure alignment of development goals, including regular travel to Morgan Corp. and PRS jobsites.
- Maintain engagement with external facilitators and program partners to ensure high-quality delivery and ongoing innovation.
- Design and launch a company-wide mentorship program that aligns with Morgan’s leadership development goals.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of mentor and mentee candidates, deliver training for participants, and foster active engagement across cohorts.
- Coordinate BOL alumni engagement initiatives, track participation, and create opportunities for continued connection and learning.
- Partner with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, and the Training Team to effectively deliver BOL Incoming Leaders experiences.
- Work with HR and Sr. Talent Development Manager to create responsive programming based on employee engagement survey results.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent branding and messaging for all program-related communications and materials.
- Identify and promote complementary leadership content within the Tracks LMS to support ongoing development.
- Stay current on leadership development trends, best practices, and publications, incorporating new ideas into program design.
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of the Annual Meeting, with a focus on leadership development and employee engagement opportunities.
- Complete assigned Safety Leadership learning plan to support company compliance and culture goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in training, adult learning, or leadership development; experience in a construction or field-based environment preferred
- Proven success in designing and delivering curriculum-based training programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences and levels of leadership
- Experience working with LMS systems preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel 10% of the time on an as needed basis between company locations
