JOB SUMMARY

FW Walton is seeking a motivated Foam Technician to join our Production Department. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in roofing; specifically foam or coatings is a plus. You’ll be part of a crew installing and maintaining spray foam roofing systems. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work outdoors and at heights.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Apply spray foam roofing systems and perform related repairs and maintenance
• Work safely on roofs, using ladders, scaffolding, and equipment correctly
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
• Lift, carry, and handle tools and materials up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Learn and adapt to new techniques and processes
• Potentially lead and manage a small crew over time
• May perform other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Prior foam and coating experience preferred; otherwise, please specify other roofing experience
• 5+ years of experience as a laborer in roofing, construction, or similar physical work is strongly preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

WORK CONDITIONS

• This role involves outdoor work, exposure to heights, and physically demanding conditions.
