HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst/Developer to work as a member of a motivated development team supporting our engineering services team in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide review and analysis of software and hardware data sets to verify functionality, identify deficiencies, and drive system enhancements.
  • Collect and analyze test data, document results, and write analysis reports.
  • Support development of Automated Tools to reduce data analysis perform repetitive tasking and reduce human error.
  • Coordinate with software development team to help define improvements or refine systems to resolve system deficiencies, utilizing data sets and associated analysis to help drive solutions.

Required:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, mathematics, scientific, or technical discipline.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in relation to data analysis or design, and development related to data analysis.
  • Ability to apply mathematical, statistical, and data-driven analysis to solve issues with complex hardware and software systems.
  • Experience must include data analysis, reduction and solutions development to solve technical problems in research and development, inspection, maintenance, and assisting engineers in inspecting products, conducting tests, and collecting and analyzing data.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Onsite work at NSWCDD.

Desired:

  • Active DoD Security Clearance.
  • Five plus (5+) years of professional experience, including specialized experience in DOD or related programs.
