Project Manager – ACI Construction Co., Inc. (A Kirk Corporation Company)

ACI Construction Co., Inc., part of the Kirk Corporation family, is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. You’ll work directly with our President, oversee project delivery, and make an impact on every job.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all phases of construction: estimating, scheduling, procurement, documentation.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to keep projects on track.

  • Oversee contracts, change orders, pay apps, and project files (Timberline, Procore).

  • Partner with superintendents to plan manpower, equipment, and safety.

  • Communicate with architects, engineers, and clients on progress.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in construction project management.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Timberline and/or Procore a plus.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
