Are you passionate about heavy equipment and leading teams to deliver results? We’re looking for a Project Equipment Manager to oversee equipment operations on our construction projects. In this role, you’ll manage repairs, maintenance, and utilization to keep our job sites safe, efficient, and productive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor equipment technicians and yard staff.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained safely and downtime is minimized.
  • Oversee inspections, repairs, and vendor relationships.
  • Use technology (telematics, reporting systems) to track utilization and identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents and Foremen to keep projects moving forward.
  • Manage hiring, training, and performance of project equipment personnel.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Heavy equipment management experience (2+ years).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Mechanical background in heavy equipment repair.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Viewpoint Vista a plus.
  • AEMP certification (CEM or EMS) preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
