Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and organized files
  • Perform clerical duties with proficiency in Microsoft programs and related software
  • Provide support during the project initialization process, construction, post-construction invoicing and follow-up activities
  • Maintain written documentation records for project
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and customers
  • Project documentation, transfer of information and general office support

Experience & Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Project Manager Assistant Experience Preferred
  • 2 years Office Experience Required
  • Proficient with or able to quickly become proficient with a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and industry.
