WorkSteer is Hiring Heavy Equipment Operators!

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday (8 - 12 hour shifts)

Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join local construction crews working on a variety of excavation and site development projects. This is a full-time position requiring physical endurance and the ability to assist the crew as needed with manual labor tasks.

Applicants must have their own transportation and be comfortable standing for extended periods, shoveling, and working outdoors in all conditions. You’ll play a vital role in operating machinery such as excavators, loaders, and skid steers while helping ensure the job site runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks

  • Willingness to assist the crew with general labor

  • Must be dependable and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8–12 hour shifts

  • Monday to Friday
