We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Laborer to join our crew full-time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with placing, finishing, and repairing concrete on a variety of commercial and/or job sites. If you take pride in your work and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Choose from current multiple job site locations: Burley, Salmon and Eastern Idaho. 

Responsibilities:

• Pour, level, and finish concrete for slabs, curbs, sidewalks, foundations, and other structures

• Operate hand tools and power equipment (trowels, screeds, floats, edgers, etc.)

• Set forms and prep sites for pours

• Apply curing and sealing compounds to finished surfaces

• Smooth, texture, and edge surfaces based on project specs

• Patch and repair existing concrete as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times

• Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with the team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in concrete finishing (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs

• Familiarity with tools and finishing techniques (broom finish, trowel, stamped, etc.)

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Safety-conscious and able to follow site protocols

Schedule:

•  Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5:00 PM

• Overtime and weekend work may be available depending on project schedules

• Depending on project and location Hotel stay will be paid for during the week

• Home on the weekends
