Responsibilities

  • Field Internal Help Desk Tickets
  • Setup and Support Company Mobile Devices
  • Support/Troubleshoot End User Computers (Hardware, OS, Peripherals)
  • Support Custom BRK Applications
  • Train Team on Use of Technology Hardware/Software
  • Minor Installation of Technology Equipment
  • Oversee Company Printers/Copiers
  • Monitor Daily Software Platforms for Communication with BRK Team
  • Set Up and Removal of BRK Team Members on Software and Hardware Platforms

Experience & Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License Required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2 years’ minimum experience in technology
  • Help Desk or similar experience preferred
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task/ Organizational skills
