Who works here? We employ a variety of field and office staff, such as:
- Laborers/Pipelayers
- Heavy Equipment Operators and Apprentices
- Class A CDL Side & End Dump Drivers
- Diesel Technicians
- Field Safety Managers
- GPS Technicians
- Estimators/Project Managers
- General Office Staff
General Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time; sit, stand, climb, bend, kneel, crawl and squat as needed; lift up to 50 lbs independently.
- Availability to work 10-12 hours per day, generally Monday through Saturday for field personnel.
- Must have your own transportation to report to job sites as assigned.
- Must be able to travel as projects are awarded. Travel is typically within a 2 hour radius of Des Moines, IA.

Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week and employees are paid weekly on every Friday.
McAninch Corporation is a seasonal construction contractor. Our active season typically lasts from mid-March through mid-December. Applicants should be aware that year-round work is not guaranteed for field personnel.
