Position Overview

At 3C Industries, safeguarding our projects and people is a top priority. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Access Control Coordinator to manage all aspects of access control and badge issuance. This role demands strong proficiency with software platforms like Fieldglass, Clearview, and Office 365, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners. You will efficiently coordinate workflows, maintain accurate records, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion to ensure secure and compliant job site environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of access control and security badge issuance, renewal, and deactivation
  • Utilize software platforms such as Fieldglass, Clearview, and Office 365 to track, process, and report badge activities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive personnel and security information
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, including HR and security, as well as external partners and subcontractors to verify access credentials and compliance
  • Efficiently manage workflows to ensure timely issuance and revocation of badges in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all access control activities and audit documentation as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues or discrepancies promptly
  • Support security compliance initiatives by ensuring all badges and access permissions meet required standards
  • Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to badge holders and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing access control processes, including badge issuance, renewal, and deactivation\
  • Proficiency with software platforms such as Fieldglass, Clearview, and Office 365 for tracking and reporting
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive security and personnel information with discretion
  • Excellent coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams (HR, Security) and external partners or subcontractors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflows efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate badge processing in compliance with policies and regulations
  • Detail-oriented with experience maintaining accurate records and audit documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve access-related issues promptly
  • Knowledge of security compliance standards and ability to support adherence to these requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, professional, and customer-oriented interactions
