The Recruiter supports the Recruiting Team in executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent for salaried and corporate roles across Morgan Corp. This position focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will also assist with employer branding, onboarding, and data reporting efforts that align with Morgan Corp.’s people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level corporate and salaried positions.

- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, create postings, and develop sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

- Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit.

- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Internship & Early Career Programs

- Oversee and coordinate the internship program, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of student interns.

- Hire and support entry-level salaried positions, building relationships with early-career talent pipelines and local universities.
- Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support

- Oversee and streamline the new-hire experience—from offer letter through onboarding—to ensure a smooth transition for all new employees.

- Ensure timely, professional communication with all applicants throughout the process.

- Support offer preparation and pre-employment steps in partnership with HR and Payroll.

- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.

- Provide feedback and insights to improve recruiting processes continuously.

- Represent Morgan Corp. at career fairs, information sessions, and community outreach events.

- Assist with developing and distributing recruiting materials and social-media content that promote the company’s employer brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience; construction, engineering, or industrial services background preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-relationship skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and confidentiality.
