As part of our continued growth under the One Norlee platform, we are seeking an Electrician.  

Norlee Group, Inc., - Multifamily Division, Naples, FL area, is looking for a highly motivated Electrician in the area to join our team. This role assists senior electricians with electrical systems installation, repair, and maintenance. They perform the more routine tasks of the electrical trade, taking direction from – and under the supervision of – the senior electrician.

What this Role will Do:

This role will assist the senior level electrician with all tasks as assigned.

**Multi-family experience is preferred.  

  • Install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, devices, fixtures, and other electrical components on residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Pull, label, and route electrical wiring through conduit, ceilings, floors, and underground systems
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend conduit using hand and power tools in accordance with job specifications
  • Mount and install electrical boxes, light fixtures, outlets, switches, and related hardware
  • Perform trenching, backfilling, and underground rough-in work as needed
  • Terminate panels, transformers, junction boxes, and perform advanced electrical terminations safely and accurately
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, electrical diagrams, and field sketches
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site; ensure daily setup and teardown of tools and equipment
  • Load, transport, and stage materials and tools as needed to support project timelines
  • Inspect tools and equipment regularly, ensuring proper maintenance and safe operation; report any issues
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors, foremen, team members, and other trades on-site
  • Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards; wear required PPE and report any safety concerns
  • Perform other duties as assigned
