What You Will Do
• Own outcomes for scope, budget, forecasting, schedule, and resources
• Diagnose problems early, run root cause reviews, and implement corrective actions
• Manage contracts, billing, time and material documentation, and change orders
• Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and daily reporting
• Drive timely submittals, RFIs, O and M manuals, toolbox talks, THAs, and closeout packages
• Lead clear communication with clients, inspectors, vendors, and the IPS team
• Coach and direct assistant project managers and coordinators
• Uphold IPS policies, procedures, and core values
What You Bring
• At least eight years of construction or project management in electrical or industrial settings
• Working knowledge of the NEC, industry codes, construction practices, and field operations
• Valid driver license and a record suitable for secure site access
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Planner. Bluebeam experience is a plus
• Experience with McCormick estimating, Foundation software, or CAD is preferred
