Summary: 
The Fleet Software Administrator provides administrative and software support to the Equipment Department. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and records. Working under the direction of John and other Equipment Managers, this role ensures that fleet maintenance activities are properly tracked, scheduled, and documented. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
- Schedule and manage preventative maintenance (PM) for company vehicles and equipment. 
- Coordinate with Equipment Managers to confirm, adjust, and prioritize maintenance schedules. 
- Maintain accurate equipment records and ensure all information is up to date. 
- Generate reports and track maintenance completion and compliance. 
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management related to fleet operations. 
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors to coordinate service and repair needs. 
- Support the Equipment Department with other clerical and software-related duties as assigned. 
Requirements: 
- Strong computer and data entry skills. 
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with the Equipment Managers. 
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred. 
- Experience with Heavy Equipment software systems desired but not required. 
Education and Experience: 
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 
- Experience with administrative support or fleet software systems is a plus.
