🛠️ What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Operating excavators and skid steers (not just watching someone else do it)
• Installing premium hardscapes, water features, retaining walls, and rockeries
• Working directly under a Site Manager—leading and motivating your crew
• Reading plans, setting grades, and keeping sites tight and professional
• Building projects you'll actually want to show your friends

✅ What We Need From You:

• 3+ years landscape construction experience (you know the difference between a compactor and a jackhammer)
• Heavy equipment skills—excavators, skid steers, etc.
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
• The grit to work outdoors year-round (yes, even in Seattle winters)
• Leadership potential and a no-drama attitude
• Bilingual? Huge plus.
