Jones & Henry Engineers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to identify new business opportunities from new clients and current clients to provide financial growth for the company.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the President and Members to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Research client needs and generate sales leads
- Create and maintain a positive relationship with existing and potential clients
- Travel to attend trade shows, member organization meetings, etc. to promote the company’s services
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support
This position requires a minimum of 80% travel for client meetings and conferences, can be full time or part time and is eligible to be hybrid or remote.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related field from an accredited curriculum from a four-year college and a minimum of five years of experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven sales/business development experience
- Experience with or knowledge of municipal funding and grants
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office Suite
