Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist

Summary
We are seeking a driven and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support business development, and drive measurable growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and growth strategies.
- Create high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and promotional collateral that effectively communicate company capabilities and value.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors for branded apparel and promotional products, overseeing design coordination, ordering, inventory, and brand consistency across all materials.
- Coordinate and support marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and client-facing events.
- Write, edit, and manage content for social media platforms, company websites, and other communication channels.
- Assist with sales support activities, including proposal materials, client communications, and market research.
- Own and manage the marketing calendar and campaign performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
- Support and optimize marketing and sales operations processes.
- Maintain organized office support functions using standard office systems and software (Microsoft Office required; Publisher and Adobe Acrobat preferred).
Qualifications and Requirements
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Targeting candidates with 3-7+ years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Publisher and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Salary: $75,000-$90,000+, DOE
