

Superintentendent
As a member of the ANDRES Operations team, the Superintendent leads the on-site execution of construction projects, overseeing all aspects of planning, coordination, and field operations. By collaborating closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and trade partners, the Superintendent ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence while resolving issues proactively—supporting ANDRES’ continued success in Dallas and across Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Field Leadership

Supervise, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the building process

Lead day-to-day operations on the jobsite, ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency

Identify and resolve construction problems as they develop

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe jobsite environment

Share best practices and lessons learned with project teams through the ANDRES Forum
Safety & Compliance

Advocate safety as the number one priority on the jobsite and enforce compliance with company and jobsite safety plans, policies, and all safety-related regulations

Ensure adherence to permitting procedures, inspections, and regulatory requirements
Scheduling & Coordination

Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to ensure all activities occur on or ahead of scheduled dates

Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors, vendors, surveys, and layout activities

Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings with all onsite or soon-to-be onsite subcontractor supervision

Assist in expediting submittals, shop drawings, and Requests for Information (RFIs)
Planning & Documentation

Oversee review of plans and drawings in accordance with contract documents

Coordinate shop drawing review and ensure alignment with project scope and specifications

Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress reports, compliance reports, and project logs
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with supervisory personnel, employees, engineers, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers to improve construction methods and resolve project issues

Employ Lean Construction principles to improve workflow, eliminate waste, and maximize efficiency
Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Walk the construction site daily

Ability to work extended hours in extreme heat or cold conditions as required

Ability to physically navigate an active construction site, including uneven surfaces, floor openings, heights, and other typical jobsite hazards
Qualifications:

- College degree preferred but not required
- 10+ years Wood-Frame and Multifamily Construction experience
- Technology literate
