Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute project activities.
  • Support estimating and proposal preparation.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedules and expectations are met.
  • Assist in organizing project documentation, scheduling installations, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Be hands-on with field technicians when needed to help ensure a successful project outcome.
  • Help manage project close-out activities including documentation and follow-up with customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow in the construction or technology field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience or coursework in construction management, engineering, business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) or project tracking tools.
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Project Management or Operations.
