JOB PURPOSE: The Front Drive Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel's valet and arrival experience, ensuring every guest receives a warm, seamless and personalized welcome that reflects the property's customer service standards. This position leads the valet team in delivery anticipatory, refined and intuitive service while maintaining safety, efficiency and discretion. The Guest Service Manager sets the tone for the first and last impressions of the guest journey, upholding the highest levels of professionalism, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure each guest is greeted and assisted with genuine warmth, confidence, and personalized attention upon arrival and departure.
- Anticipate guest needs by observing cues and preferences to create tailored, memorable interactions.
- Oversee valet and drive operations to maintain a calm, elegant, and organized arrival experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Front Office, Bell, and Loss Prevention teams to ensure seamless coordination for all arrivals, departures, and in-house guest requests.
- Personally welcome VIPs, repeat guests, and special event attendees to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with grace, urgency, and discretion, following through to full resolution.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all vehicle handling adheres to safety, liability, and insurance protocols.
- Train staff on proper elevated communication with guest and proper key management procedures.
- Respond to and document all incidents, guest concerns, or vehicle issues with accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Deep passion for hospitality and service excellence.
- Refined interpersonal skills with exceptional poise and diplomacy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to resolve guest concerns with discretion and elegance.
- Proficient in hotel PMS and valet management systems.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
