Key Responsibilities:

Lead a crew (typically up to 5 team members) to complete assigned work safely and efficiently.

Follow project plans and directions from Project Managers and superintendents.

Enforce safety protocols and proper PPE usage.

Maintain equipment and tools in working condition.

Communicate basic site needs and challenges to superintendents or Project Managers.

Complete daily timecards and simple production reporting.

Basic understanding of landscape installation techniques.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

2+ years of experience in landscape construction preferred.

Basic English communication skills; bilingual ability a plus.
