Overview:
Mid-level supervisory role responsible for crew development, production management, and coordination with Project Managers. Tier II Supervisors are focused on efficient project execution, team growth, and meeting project quality standards.
 
Compensation Type: Salaried

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor crews to meet production and quality goals.
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly schedules.
  • Track material usage, labor, and production rates.
  • Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Competencies & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of landscape construction experience, including crew supervision.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of production rates, project coordination, and crew management.
  • Effective communication skills; some bilingual ability preferred.
  • OSHA 30 – Construction preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and mentor crew members.
Potential Growth:
Tier II Supervisors can advance to Tier III by demonstrating leadership, technical expertise, and eligibility for government work.
