Overview:
Advanced supervisory role for Field Supervisors who are bilingual, eligible for government work, and capable of managing complex landscape construction projects. Tier III Supervisors may oversee multiple crews, handle technical scopes, and potentially hire and manage their own crew.
 
Compensation Type: Salaried

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple crews on complex projects, including hardscape, retaining walls, grading, on-structure scope, and excavation.
  • Manage projects with higher technical and visibility requirements.
  • Serve as primary field liaison for clients, inspectors, and subcontractors.
  • Mentor Tier I and II supervisors; develop high-performing teams.
  • Ensure project compliance with contractual, safety, and government requirements.
  • Track project costs, schedules, and production metrics for multiple crews.
Competencies & Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
  • 6+ years of progressive landscape construction experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of landscape and hardscape construction.
