We’re currently seeking an Experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join our growing team of professionals.


Position Overview:

The Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations for plumbing systems on assigned commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, advanced technical knowledge, and a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of field execution on assigned jobs/projects.

  • Interpret pipefitting drawings and oversee quality installations.

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions and manpower.

  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment to optimize field productivity.

  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Identify and manage change orders and prefab opportunities.

  • Collaborate with CAD/BIM departments on project planning.

  • Attend cost/job reviews and maintain job cost tracking.

  • Submit time sheets, prepare two-week look-ahead schedules, and oversee daily reporting.

  • Coordinate inspections and equipment deliveries with general contractors and governing authorities.


Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Minimum 7-10 years of verifiable experience as a Commercial Plumbing Superintendent on large-scale projects (e.g., hospitals, casinos, office buildings, hotels).
✅ Current Arizona Journeyman Plumbing License 
✅ Strong understanding of prefab opportunities and field implementation.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
✅ Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively with the CAD/BIM team.
✅ Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
