We are currently seeking a Senior Onboarding Accountant!
The Senior Onboarding Accountant is responsible for managing the financial setup and transition of newly acquired or managed properties to ensure accurate and efficient integration into company accounting systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain the Paylease list of properties/accounts
- Add new properties into CYMA
- Provide the settlement statement AJE for new purchases and import into CYMA
- Provide the TB AJE for Mgmt. takeovers and import into CYMA
- Format and import the property budget
- Complete the ACH form for mortgage auto draft, include a voided check
- Format CYMA or consolidated companies
- Set up Omnia/RLL as needed
- Work with Treasury to ensure all banking related items are documented and transitioned.
- Other tasks as determined
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and meet deadlines
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide mathematical figure

Compensation: Part-Time $43.00 to $45.00 per hour
