Norlee Group, Inc., is a multi-trade building systems organization delivering integrated electrical, mechanical, and technology solutions across commercial, industrial, institutional, and specialty markets. As part of our continued growth under the One Norlee platform, we are seeking a Foreman.

Norlee Group, Inc., Commercial Division, is looking for a highly motivated Foreman in the area to join our team. This role requires a very specific background.  Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in all phases of commercial construction. 

 
Compensation for this role, is inclusive of the applicant’s role, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final determination will be based on the candidate’s experience, education, and relevant licenses.
This full-time field position, Monday/Friday.

What this Role will Do:

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations. Commercial Experience is a MUST, we need a strong leader.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings or other structures.
  • Be able to operate various types of equipment, as well as to read, cross-reference, and explain blueprints to co-workers. It will be necessary to manage a crew of electricians and be responsible for meeting a demanding job schedule.
  • Communication skills to convey information to others effectively, including follow safety rules and adhering to company policies.
  • Ability to successfully organize, plan and prioritize work.
  • Must have NEC code knowledge, Journeyman preferable.
  • Must have your own hand tools.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug test.
  • Comfortable lifting at least fifty pounds, and work safely while on ladders.
