ANDRES Program Management Director

About ANDRES Program Management: ANDRES Program Management, a subsidiary of ANDRES Construction Services, is seeking an experienced leader to build and manage this service line.

The ANDRES Program Management Director will provide and oversee program management, owner’s representation, and advisory services for major construction projects and master-planned / campus programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction, design, and/or development.
• Proven project management and design-team management experience.
• Strong local market knowledge and industry relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; advanced credentials a plus.
