ANDRES Program Management Director Overview

Program Management • Owner’s Representation • Advisory Services

ANDRES Program Management, a subsidiary of ANDRES Construction Services, is seeking an experienced leader to build and manage this service line. The Director will provide and oversee program management, owner’s representation, and advisory services for major construction projects and master-planned / campus programs.

  • Lead the strategy, operations, and growth of ANDRES Program Management.
  • Serve as the primary owner’s representative across planning, design, and construction.
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, risk, procurement, and reporting.
  • Direct and coordinate design teams and consultants.
  • Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
  • Recruit and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in construction, design, and/or development.
  • Proven project management and design-team management experience.
  • Strong local market knowledge and industry relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; advanced credentials a plus.
