MOR Construction Services LLC is a regional construction and maintenance company based in Glen Mills PA is seeking a full-time Cleaning/Vacuum Truck Operator to join our dynamic team. About the Role

As a Cleaning/Vacuum Truck Operator, you will drive and operate a combination vacuum truck to clean underground stormwater facilities, jet storm drains and prepare pipelines for CCTV inspection. Experience with Vactor-style combination jet/vacuum trucks and CCTV pipe inspection equipment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate jet/vac units and associated equipment safely and professionally in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Conduct pre-job hazard assessments and inspections before operating equipment.
  • Secure loads, including hoses, chemical pails and other necessary equipment.
  • Transport, load, and offload materials at various locations.
  • Follow all safety and PPE requirements.
  • Complete relevant job documentation.
  • Drive trucks safely to and from work sites.
  • Manage time effectively to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and maintain a valid CDL B
  • High-Pressure Water Jetting experience.
  • Experience with vacuum units and their operation (preferred).
  • Strong focus on safety and equipment maintenance.
  • Reliable work ethics and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, polite, and respectful demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work weekends, night shifts and overtime as needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass a background check and drug test screening
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
