In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life across print, digital, signage, and campaign assets. On any given day, you might be creating a poster for a Broadway show, producing graphics for a social campaign, designing large-scale signage, or polishing copy for membership promotions. While your main focus will be design, you’ll also contribute to light content support such as writing headlines, editing short-form copy, and ensuring text and visuals flow together seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

  • Design creative materials for digital and print, including ads, brochures, event programs, invitations, posters, and signage.

  • Ensure all designs align with established brand standards across Washington Pavilion entities.

  • Prepare and finalize files for print and digital distribution, coordinating with vendors as needed.

  • Create digital graphics for web, email, social media, and online advertising.

  • Assist with signage projects, including large-format vinyl and wayfinding installations.

  • Write and edit headlines, captions, and short copy to complement design work.

  • Support landing page creation and edits to align with campaigns.

  • Provide light photography/videography support when needed.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaign concepts and creative storytelling.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or related field (preferred).

  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or related creative role.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills (writing samples a plus).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office on a PC platform.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com a plus.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, and reach across various Pavilion locations.

  • Occasionally lift and move materials up to 30 lbs.

  • May require occasional evening or weekend hours for events.
