Estimator

The pay range is $65k-$85k/YR, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Put together comprehensive estimates for our sales/business development team
  • Come up with the most economical design/layout
  • Advise on inconsistencies and inaccurate layouts on bid documents
  • Prioritize proposal activities and time frame to get proposals completed and on time
  • Communicate with the authority having jurisdiction and research individual city/town requirements to identify proper proposal requirements
  • Review bidding documents provided by GC/owner

Job Qualifications

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Experience construction processes
  • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to use independent judgment
