Estimator
The pay range is $65k-$85k/YR, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Put together comprehensive estimates for our sales/business development team
- Come up with the most economical design/layout
- Advise on inconsistencies and inaccurate layouts on bid documents
- Prioritize proposal activities and time frame to get proposals completed and on time
- Communicate with the authority having jurisdiction and research individual city/town requirements to identify proper proposal requirements
- Review bidding documents provided by GC/owner
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Experience construction processes
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to use independent judgment
- Prospective Employees must submit to and pass a Background check and drug screening prior to employment.
