As a CSR, you are the first and most important point of contact for our customers. The way you communicate, problem-solve, and schedule service directly impacts customer satisfaction, technician success, and company results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Handling inbound customer calls with confidence, empathy, and efficiency
  • Converting calls into booked service appointments
  • Making outbound calls to support scheduling and customer follow-up
  • Using proven call scripts while maintaining a natural, authentic conversation
  • Accurately documenting customer information in our system
  • Communicating clearly with dispatch and leadership throughout the day
  • Participating in coaching, training, and continuous improvement
  • Supporting team initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts

Previous customer service or call-center experience is strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, work ethic, and a desire to grow.
